Online passport applications through Mynaportal upload a face photo file rather than a print, and the file has its own frame: 600 pixels wide by 730 pixels high, JPG, at most 600 KB. That is not the 35 × 45 mm ratio of the printed photo, so a crop made for the printed preset will be rejected by the uploader. This preset outputs exactly 600 × 730 and keeps the file under 600 KB. Mynaportal gives no head-height figure; the template sizes the head like the printed photo (32–36 mm of 45 mm) and marks that as a guide.

What Mynaportal requires
File format JPG, 600 × 730 pixels, 600 KB or less. The face rules are the same as MOFA's printed photo: facing the camera, no hat, natural expression, eyes clearly visible, plain background with clear contrast (white recommended, light blue accepted), no shadows, taken within six months. Head size
Mynaportal publishes the pixel size but not a head height. The crown and chin guides on this preset follow the printed 35 × 45 rule (head 32–36 mm, about 71–80 % of the height), which is what the same officials check on paper. Line the crown up with the top guide and put the chin in the grey band.

Why is the frame wider than the printed photo?
Because Mynaportal asks for 600 × 730 pixels (ratio 1 : 1.22) while the printed photo is 35 × 45 mm (1 : 1.29). The preset uses the exact pixel size the portal expects.
The file is over 600 KB — what now?
The preset keeps JPG output under 600 KB automatically. If you re-save it in another app at a higher quality it may grow; upload the file you downloaded here.
Can I use this file for a paper application?
No. Paper applications need a 35 × 45 mm print; use the printed preset and its 4×6 sheet.
